With effect from 22nd November 2017, there are new Stamp Duty rates for first time buyers as follows:
• £0 - £300,000 = 0%
• >£300,000 - £500,000 = 5%
• If the property value exceeds £500,000 then the standard Stamp Duty rates will apply.
